About the Centre
Aims
Uppsala Centre for Comparative Genomics is a virtual centre that brings together researchers in Uppsala with an interest in comparative genomics. Its main objective is to strengthen research in comparative genomics and related areas, by promoting collaborations between the participating groups.Activities
The Centre has three main activities:
- A postdoc program in comparative genomics
- Monthly seminars in comparative genomics
- Symposia with members and invited speakers
Funding
The Centre is funded by the Vice-Chancellor, the Disciplinary Domain
of Pharmacy and Medicine, and the Disciplinary Domain of Science and
Technology at Uppsala University.
